You are billed for wastewater service on a monthly basis around the 15^th of every month.  You can pay your bill by mail, online, by phone or in person.  Here’s how to read your bill.

IF YOUR WATER SERVICE HAS BEEN TERMINATED DO NOT PAY HERE,
CALL OUR OFFICE AT 304-263-8566 between 8-4:30 Monday-Friday to make your payment.

IF YOU HAVE RECEIVED A TERMINATION NOTICE (GREEN POSTCARD) ONLY use the internet to make your payment if you are paying PRIOR to the termination notice Due Date; otherwise call our office to make your payment.

Payments made after 4:30 p.m. today will be posted the NEXT business day.

PENALTY DAY

The District will not reverse penalties for payments received after 4:30 p.m. on the "latest pay date" due to operator errors, declined transactions, inability to access your account or any other problems.

TERMINATION DAY

If you did not process your online payment before 4:30 p.m. on the day prior to the Termination Date then the District will not have a record of your payment. You will still be subject to termination and additional fees.
